How many apartments are there?
31 Rowhouses ranging from 1 bed/2 bath to 3 bed/2-1/2 bath 78 Flats ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms with den.
How large are the apartments/rowhouses?
One bedroom ranges from 730 sqft to the largest three bedrooms at over 1,800 sqft including a two-car garage.
Do they have garages?
All the rowhouses include an attached garage for one or two cars. The flats have available garages for an additional monthly fee. We provide off-street parking for residents and guests.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, Riverwalk is a pet-friendly community with certain restrictions on breed and size. A one-time non-refundable pet fee is required as well as monthly pet rent.
What about flooding being so close to the river?
The buildings are built outside of the flood plain and we have installed a 10-foot flood wall along the riverfront.
Who is responsible for utilities?
Residents will be responsible for their utilities including Water/Sewer (Metered Individually), Electricity via Duke Energy & Valet Trash Service. All apartments and rowhouses are wired for Alta Fiber (formally Cincinnati Bell) and we can not guarantee other internet service providers will work.
Is there a fitness center on-site?
Yes. Located at 31 Water Street housed in the same structure as the Leasing Office. It also features a resident lounge with a coffee bar & a conference room with a printer available to all residents.
